You can also make changes or even pause your order using Aftercare. (Click "Manage Order" on your confirmation email to access this). Order Protect covers you for any issues that might occur past the point of shipping. This small insurance fee* can be applied at checkout and covers cases of address issues, customer mistakes, loss, damages, and theft. Order Protect customers will receive replacement item(s) if any problems occur in shipping. Without Order Protect we reserve the right to approve/ disapprove any replacements on a case-by-case basis in line with feedback and evidence from our carriers and fulfillment partners.
