According to EU law, every customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the products. To exercise your right of return, please notify us via email at business@tipharah.co.uk within the 14-day period. Include your order number, name, and contact information.

Please allow up to 5 working days to receive your order within the UK and between 7-15 days to receive your order internationally.

Q: “Can I make changes to an order I already placed?”

Please contact us via email quoting your order number and required changes within 24 hours of placing your order. Any changes requested after the 24-hour window, unfortunately, cannot be applied and will be rejected.

We currently offer domestic shipping within the UK as well as international shipping. Rates differ from country to country.

But once we do begin international shipping, *All international customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees that are incurred during transit*.

When paw paw butter and carrot butter are combined in an organic hair butter, you get a product that offers a blend of moisturizing, nourishing, and protective benefits. This can be especially beneficial for afro-textured hair, which tends to be more prone to dryness and breakage.

1. Paw Paw (Papaya) Butter:

• Contains enzymes that can help exfoliate the scalp.

2. Carrot Butter:

• Rich in vitamins A and E, promoting a healthy scalp.
• Nourishes and conditions the hair without causing buildup.

3. Shea Butter:

• Acts as an emollient, providing deep moisture to the hair.
• Helps seal in moisture and prevent water loss.

4. Mango Oil:

• Lightweight and easily absorbed, making it suitable for low porosity hair.
• Adds shine and moisture without causing buildup.

5. Fenugreek Oil:

• Contains proteins and nicotinic acid, which may stimulate hair growth.
• Helps condition and soften the hair.

6. Kar Kar Oil (also known as Quinoa Oil):

• Rich in proteins and amino acids, promoting hair strength.
• Provides lightweight moisture to the hair.

7. Chebe Oil:

• Traditionally used to promote hair growth and strengthen hair.
• May contribute to length retention and overall hair health.

8. Avocado Oil:

• Penetrates the hair shaft, providing deep moisture.

DURING WARM OR HOT TEMPERATURES/WEATHER, REFRIGERATE NATURAL HAIR BUTTER TO PRESERVE ITS SOLID STATE AND AVOID MELTING.

• Please test this product before use to prevent the occurrence of severe allergic reactions. Test this product by applying a small amount behind your ears and, or side of your neck at least 24 hours before use. Do not use any other product on the skin prior to testing.
• Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from damp and wet spaces. Can be stored with other hair products. Avoid product contact with water or water-based products. Can be stored up to 12 months.
• This product is not suitable for children under 12 months old. Ensure product testing on skin before use.
