According to EU law, every customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the products. Please allow up to 5 working days to receive your order within the UK and between 7-15 days to receive your order internationally.

Q: “Can I make changes to an order I already placed?”

Please contact us via email quoting your order number and required changes within 24 hours of placing your order. Any changes requested after the 24-hour window, unfortunately, cannot be applied and will be rejected.

We currently offer domestic shipping within the UK as well as international shipping. Rates differ from country to country.

But once we do begin international shipping, *All international customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees that are incurred during transit*.

This combination of butters and oils is created to moisturize, strengthen, improve scalp health, reduce protein loss and improve shine and softness of the hair. This butter works well on low porosity hair and is a great add to your hair care routine.

DURING WARM OR HOT TEMPERATURES/WEATHER, REFRIGERATE NATURAL HAIR BUTTER TO PRESERVE ITS SOLID STATE AND AVOID MELTING.

• Please test this product before use to prevent the occurrence of severe allergic reactions. Test this product by applying a small amount behind your ears and, or side of your neck at least 24 hours before use. Do not use any other product on the skin prior to testing.
• Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from damp and wet spaces. Can be stored with other hair products. Avoid product contact with water or water-based products. Can be stored up to 12 months.
• This product is not suitable for children under 12 months old. Ensure product testing on skin before use.
