At Tiph'arah, we take pride in our commitment to using only natural and plant-based ingredients. We believe that a healthy and sustainable lifestyle starts with the food we eat and the products that we use. That is why we are proud to say that all our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free.

For products like our hair butter, results vary from person to person, but most customers see an improvement in their hair growth within 4-6 weeks of using our products consistently. We recommend using our products for at least 3 months or 90 days to see significant results.

Our products are made with organic and safe ingredients, but we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before using any new products during pregnancy.

Yes, our products are specifically formulated to be gentle and suitable for sensitive scalps. However, if you have any concerns, we recommend doing a patch test before using any new hair product.

The frequency of use will vary depending on your hair type and hair care routine. In general, we recommend using our products at least three times a week for best results and, in other cases, daily use is perfectly fine too.

Hair Loss

Hair loss, also known as alopecia, can result from a variety of factors, both genetic and environmental. One primary cause is hereditary conditions, such as male-pattern baldness and female-pattern baldness, which are linked to genetic predispositions. Hormonal changes and imbalances can also play a significant role, particularly during events like pregnancy, childbirth, menopause, and thyroid disorders. Certain medical conditions, such as alopecia areata, which is an autoimmune disease attacking hair follicles, and trichotillomania, a psychological disorder involving hair-pulling, can contribute to hair loss. Additionally, nutritional deficiencies, especially insufficient intake of iron, zinc, and vitamins, may impact hair health. Environmental stressors, like extreme physical or emotional stress, can trigger a condition known as telogen effluvium, causing a temporary shedding of hair. Furthermore, exposure to certain medications, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy can result in hair loss as a side effect. Identifying the specific cause of hair loss is crucial for determining appropriate treatment options, which may include medications, lifestyle changes, or medical procedures.

Our products contribute to fighting most early-stage non-scarring hair loss which includes hair loss due to poor habits and nutrition and some hormonal changes.

Scientific research suggests that several key ingredients in our products such as Rosemary Oil, Lavender Oil, and Pumpkin Seed Oil help to stimulate the function of hair follicles whilst simultaneously priming the scalp and hair towards a state of optimal growth.

Our products seek to combat the root causes of hair loss by plying the hair and scalp with the nutrients and stimulation it needs to function at its optimal rate.

If the use of the products is discontinued for a significant length of time after seeing progress, there is a real risk that the progress rate will be affected.

There are no known side effects of our products. Please note that although naturally derived, all of our products are not allergen-free. We advise that you check the ingredients well before purchasing and conduct a small patch test before use.

Note: Some users described a mild 'tingling' sensation upon application of the Moringa Coconut hair butter as a result of the peppermint oil ingredient. Therefore, we consider this sensation to be the normal reaction when using this product. Majority of cases are mild.

Yes, our products are suitable for all hair types, including curly, straight, wavy, and coily. Our products are designed with ingredients that nourish and strengthen hair while promoting healthy growth.

Shipping & Returns

According to EU law, every customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the products. To exercise your right of return, please notify us via email at business@tipharah.co.uk within the 14-day period. Include your order number, name, and contact information.

Upon approval, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Please note that any original shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not cover any costs for handling charges or return shipping.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days from the date we receive the returned products.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund or replacement. Please note evidence of defect products must be provided.

We currently offer domestic shipping within the UK as well as international shipping. Rates differ from country to country.

But once we do begin international shipping, *All international customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees that are incurred during transit*.

Please allow up to 5 working days to receive your order within the UK and between 7-15 days to receive your order internationally.

Please contact us via email quoting your order number and required changes within 24 hours of placing your order. Any changes requested after the 24-hour window, unfortunately, cannot be applied and will be rejected.
